BOARD OF APPEAL AND EQUALIZATION MEETING
The Board of Appeal and Equalization meeting of the New Dosey Town Board will meet on April 9, 2018. at 11 am at the Cloverton Town Hall.  The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether property in the township has been properly valued and classified by the assessor.

NEW DOSEY TOWNSHIP BOARD OF EQUALIZATION

The Board of Appeal and Equalization of New Dosey Township will meet on April 10, 2017, 11 am at the Cloverton Town Hall. The purpose of the meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor.

If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discuss your concerns. If you disagree with the valuation or classification after this discussion, you may appear before the Board of Appeal & Equalization. The Board will review your assessments and may make corrections as needed. Generally, you must appeal to the local Board before appealing to the Pine County Board of Appeal and Equalization.

NEW DOSEY TOWNSHIP ASSESSMENT NOTICE

Notice is hereby given , that the Board of Appeal & Equalization for New Dosey Township will meet at the Cloverton Town Hall on April 7, 2014, at 1pm for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of the township for the year 2014. All persons considering themselves to be aggrieved by said assessment, or who wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low, are hereby notified to appear at said meeting, and snow cause of having such assessment corrected. No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed , or his/her agent shall have been notified.
