Meeting called to order at 5:31 PM by Chair Dave Fornengo. Present were the following: Supervisor Jason Canesi, Supervisor Anthony Fornengo, Treasurer Wayne Hessler, and Clerk Kathleen Krejci. No public present.

AGENDA AND MINUTES
- Motion by Jason Canesi, second by Anthony Fornengo to approve the November 11th, 2025 agenda. (Carried 3-0)
- Motion by Anthony Fornengo, second by Jason Canesi to approve the minutes from October 14th, 2025 Town Board meeting. (Carried 3-0).
TREASURER’S REPORT
- Balance at Northview Bank is $27,106.31 in checking account and $1,186.31 in savings account.
- Driveway snow removal 2025-2026 for residents ($120 per driveway) – Checks coming in for this. Residents to mail a check (payable to New Dosey Township) to Wayne Hessler at 78888 Highland Drive Sandstone, MN 55072. Payments due by November 15th, 2025. Note, gated driveways will not be plowed! Information on the New Dosey Township Private Plowing Policy can be found online at www.newdoseytownship.com/ordinances/private-plowing/.
- Motion by David Fornengo, second by Jason Canesi to approve the Treasurer’s Report. (Carried 3-0).
CLAIMS & PAYROLL
- Clerk Kathleen Krejci prepared the Claims and Payroll list for approval

CLERK’S REPORT
- Clerk/Treasurer Training on November 20th from 1-4pm for $30 – Kathleen to attend. Wayne is unable to attend.
- NEW UEI number at SAM.gov to receive future grants – Complete!
- Paid Leave to take effect on January 1st – Informational poster for township employees located on cork board in back of town hall
- Need a 2026 Calendar for the Town Hall – Dave to bring one in
OLD BUSINESS:
- Road Work
- Culvert replacements are still in progress, Jason Fornengo has been hired to complete this.
- Clogged culverts are mitigated for now as the beaver activity has slowed way down.
- Dead End sign on Little Ox still needs to be installed, it’s currently in Dave’s truck
- Grader needs the cutting edges to be touched up and ready for winter – Doug to complete this soon. Dave will do a fall cleanup on the grader within the week – Supplies for this was ordered during the meeting.
- Town Hall Maintenance
- Outdoor bulletin board has been installed in front of town hall to hang public announcements
- Roof repair – Sandstrom Roofing came by and fixed what he could. Recommends taking the chimney out down below the roofline and redoing that. Needs the right boot. Will consider for spring.
- Water test – Kathleen still researching options. Last water test on file for the town hall was in 2000.
- DNR Bridge Construction on Matthew Lourey State Trail – Completed and the trail is open!
NEW BUSINESS:
- Garbage Board – Dave added new resident to the route this month
- Hospital Board – No updates
Anything else to come to the board? Jason reports that he was told by two different residents that the improvements on Kingsdale Road turned out great and are much appreciated.
