Meeting called to order at 6:01pm by Chair Dave Fornengo.  Present were the following: Supervisor John Fornengo, Jason Canesi, Clerk Tamara Miritello and Treasurer Wayne Hessler. Absent was NPAHD Representative Robin Fornengo.  Scott and Alicia Lavaala from the public joined the meeting.
