  4. Discussion of a culvert policy. Supervisor Baker said that, in the past, it has been the unwritten policy of the Board to provide and install, upon request, ONE culvert on private driveways that intersect with a town road. The township has also, in the past, replaced culverts on such intersections that were damaged by township road work. Otherwise, in the past, driveway culvert purchase and installation are the responsibility of the property owner. Motion by Jason Fornengo, second by Dave Baker, to adopt the above wording into a formal, written Culvert Policy for the Township. Carried .
  5. Emergency Vehicle Access- Discussion of the need of residents to have emergency vehicle access if the Board thinks the person may not be able to afford to pay for private driveway snow plowing. Consensus of Supervisors Fornengo and Baker is to have such driveways plowed following a snow storm when other drives are being plowed.

Meeting adjourned at 8:15 pm.

Respectfully submitted,

Fran Levings, Clerk
