Wayne and Tammy are finializing the 2023/2024 books.

Motion to approve the treasures report by Dave Fornengo and 2nd by John Fornengo.

Dave Fornengo has talked to Katie Krejci and and she is interested in being appointed clerk. She will attend the February meeting.
