MINUTES-NEW DOSEY TOWNSHIP BOARD OF RE-ORGANIZATION MEETING, MARCH 20, 2020.
Meeting called to order at 7:30PM by Chair Dave Fornengo. Present were Supervisor-elect Dave Baker, Clerk Fran Levings, Treasurer Wayne Hessler, Clerk-elect Tamara Miritello and Deputy Clerk appointee Samantha Gardner. Anthony J Fornengo was absent.
Motion by Dave Baker, second by Dave Fornengo, to approve the agenda. Carried (2-0)
Clerk Levings had Dave Baker, Tamara Miritello and Samantha Gardner take the Oath of Office. Mr. Baker for a 3 year term as Supervisor, Ms. Miritello for a 2 year term as Clerk, and Ms. Gardner for Deputy Clerk for unlimited term.
Motion by Dave Baker to make Dave Fornengo Chair of the Board for one year.
Motion by Dave Fornengo, second by Dave Baker to make Anthony J Fornengo Vice-Chair of the Board for one year. Carried (2-0).
Resolution – Conflict of interest to be tabled to the Regular Meeting in April 8th, 2020 for Anthony J Fornengo. Motion by Dave Baker, second by Dave Fornengo. Carried (2-0)
Resolution- Conflict of interest signed by Dave Baker.
Meeting adjourned at 7:40 PM.
