MINUTES – NEW DOSEY TOWN BOARD REGUALAR MEETING – January 9TH, 2023.

Meeting called to order at 6:01pm by Chair Dave Fornengo.  Present were the following: Supervisor Jason Canesi, John Fornengo, and Treasurer Wayne Hessler. Absent were Clerk Tamara Miritello and NPAHD Representative Robin Fornengo.

                Motion by Jason Canesi, second by John Fornengo, to approve the January 9th, 2024 agenda. (Carried 3-0)

                Motion by Jason Canesi, second by John Fornengo, to approve the minutes from December 14th, 2023 meeting. (Carried 3-0)

                Motion by Jason Canesi, second by John Fornengo, to approve the minutes from the Special Meeting on December 22nd, 2023. (Carried 3-0)

Treasurer’s Report and Cash Balance Statement – Ending balance as of December 31st, 2023 at Northview Bank $53,536.30 for checking and savings $1,167.27 – Waiting for FEMA info for road reimbursement.

Motion by Jason Canesi, second by John Fornengo, to approve the Treasurer’s Report. (Carried 3-0)

Clerk Tamara Miritello prepared the Claims and Payroll list for approval.
