MINUTES – NEW DOSEY TOWN BOARD REGUALAR MEETING – NOVEMBER 14^TH, 2023.

Meeting called to order at 6:05pm by Chair Dave Fornengo.  Present were the following: Supervisor Jason Canesi, Treasurer Wayne Hessler and NPAHD Representative Robin Fornengo. Absent was Supervisor John Fornengo and Clerk Tamara Miritello. From the public wase Bev Carlin

Pledge of Allegiance

PUBLIC IMPUT:   

                Motion by Dave Fornengo, second by Jason Canesi, to approve the November 14^th, 2023 agenda. (Carried 2-0)

                Motion by Dave Fornengo, second by Jason Canesi, to approve the minutes from October 10^th, 2023 meeting. (Carried 2-0)

Treasurer’s Report and Cash Balance Statement – Ending balance as of October 31^st, 2023 at Northview Bank $28,234.91 – Waiting for FEMA info for road reimbursement.

Motion by Dave Fornengo, second by Jason Canesi, to approve the Treasurer’s Report. (Carried 2-0)

                Books are being worked on for the 2022 year

Clerk Tamara Miritello prepared the Claims and Payroll list for approval.

                Motion by Dave Fornengo, second by Jason Canesi, to pay Claims and Payroll. (Carried 2-0)

   1. NPAHD is offering free First Responder and Defibrillation training will take 60-70 hours we have 3 signed up and need 6 for the training.
2. TRI TOWNSHIP DISPOSAL
   1. Bev Carlin will attend meetings
