MINUTES – NEW DOSEY TOWN BOARD REGUALAR MEETING – OCTOBER 10^TH, 2023.

Meeting called to order at 6:10pm by Chair Dave Fornengo.  Also present were the following: Supervisor’s Anthony Fornengo and Jason Canesi, Treasurer Wayne Hessler, NPAHD Representative Robin Fornengo and Clerk Tamara Miritello. From the public were Bev Carlin and Don Eddy.

Pledge of Allegiance

PUBLIC IMPUT:   

                Motion by Dave Fornengo, second by Jason Canesi, to approve the October 10^th, 2023 agenda. (Carried 3-0)

                Motion by Dave Fornengo, second by Anthony Fornengo, to approve the minutes from September 12^th, 2023 meeting. (Carried 3-0)

Treasurer’s Report and Cash Balance Statement – Ending balance as of September 30^st, 2023 at Northview Bank $36,494.03

Motion by Anthony Fornengo, second by Dave Fornengo, to approve the Treasurer’s Report. (Carried 3-0)

                Books are being worked on for the 2022 year

Clerk Tamara Miritello prepared the Claims and Payroll list for approval.

                Motion by Dave Fornengo, second by Jason Canesi, to pay Claims and Payroll. (Carried 3-0)

1. Election Funding – Board agreed to allocate funds of the amount of $6.21 to Pine County to help offset county election expenses in the 2023 and 2024 election.

3.  Levy has been submitted for 2024
4. McDermott Creek beaver issues are currently being worked on.

OLD BUISNESS

1. ROAD WORK
   1. Dave Fornengo and Jason Fornengo will be grading and private drives for the 2023-2024 winter season

NEW BUSINESS

1. NPAHD Report
   1. NPAHD is offering free First Responder and Defibrillation training to board members.
   1. Lions Expo October 26^th, 2023 for Health Screenings
   1. Grant for the “Meals on Wheels” program.
