MINUTES – NEW DOSEY TOWN BOARD REGUALAR MEETING – September 12^TH, 2023.

Meeting called to order at 6:10pm by Chair Dave Fornengo.  Also present were the following: Supervisor’s Anthony Fornengo and Jason Canesi, and Treasurer Wayne Hessler.  NPAHD Representative Robin Fornengo and Clerk Tamara Miritello were absent. From the public were  Ryan Krejci and Don Eddy.

Pledge of Allegiance

PUBLIC IMPUT:   

                Motion by Jason Canesi, second by Anthony Fornengo, to approve the September 12^th, 2023 agenda. (Carried 3-0)

                Motion by Dave Fornengo, second by Anthony Fornengo, to approve the minutes from August 8th^th, 2023 meeting. (Carried 3-0)

Treasurer’s Report and Cash Balance Statement – Ending balance as of August 31^st, 2023 at Northview Bank $45,664.64

Motion by Anthony Fornengo, second by Dave Fornengo, to approve the Treasurer’s Report. (Carried 3-0)

                Books are being worked on for the 2022 year

Clerk Tamara Miritello prepared the Claims and Payroll list for approval.

                Motion by Dave Fornengo, second by Jason Canesi, to pay Claims and Payroll. (Carried 3-0)

1. Township Legal Sept. 16^th, 2023 – Rutledge
2. Town Hall is reserved for September 22^rd, 2023
3. Motion by Dave Fornengo, second by Anthony Fornengo, to prebuy propane for the 2023-2024 Winter season. (Carried 3-0)
4. Snow Plow reminders were sent out.
5. NPAHD is offering free First Responder and Defibrillation training to board members.
6. FEMA application has been submitted, waiting on one more invoice. Dave Fornengo, will reach out to contractor.
7. Marty’s Pest Control –
   1. Motion by Dave Fornengo, second by Jason Canesi, to hire Marty’s for 2024 season. (Carried 3-0)

OLD BUISNESS

1. ROAD WORK
   1. Dave Fornengo to call and get a couple of loads of class five on culvert that is exposed on Hay Creek south of 32.
2. Dave Fornengo will use metal detector to see if there are any more pins that mark the blocks in the cemetery.

NEW BUSINESS

1. NPAHD Report – No Report
