MINUTES – NEW DOSEY TOWN BOARD REGUALAR MEETING – MARCH 11TH, 2024.
Meeting called to order at 6:00pm by Chair Dave Fornengo. Present were the following: Supervisor John Fornengo, Jason Canesi, Clerk Tamara Miritello and Treasurer Wayne Hessler. Absent was NPAHD Representative Robin Fornengo. Bev Carlin was present from Tri-Township Disposal along with Scott and Dale from the public.

Motion by John Fornengo, second by Jason Canesi, to approve the March 11th, 2024 agenda. (Carried 3-0)
Motion by John Fornengo, second by Jason Canesi, to approve the minutes from February 13th, 2024 meeting. (Carried 3-0)
Treasurer’s Report and Cash Balance Statement – Ending balance as of February 29th,2024 at Northview Bank $57,913.23 for checking and savings $1,167.27 – FEMA was received in February.
Motion by John Fornengo, second by Jason Canesi, to approve the Treasurer’s Report. (Carried 3-0)
Clerk Tamara Miritello prepared the Claims and Payroll list for approval.
Motion by John Fornengo, second by Jason Canesi, to pay Claims and Payroll. (Carried 3-0)

NEW BUSINESS
- NPAHD Report – no meeting
- Dale and Scott joined the meeting with concerns over the garbage/culverts along the ditches, as well as some properties in the community that has buildup of “stuff” or worn down/partial down buildings.
- At this time the board doesn’t not have any policies on what a landowner does to or not to on their own properties, our Zoning goes through Pine County.
- There has been a complaint with calls not being answered along with who holds a current certification on the Duxbury Volunteer Fire Department.
- The board will look into this matter
