MINUTES – NEW DOSEY TOWN BOARD REGUALAR MEETING – February 13TH, 2024.

Meeting called to order at 6:01pm by Chair Dave Fornengo.  Present were the following: Supervisor John Fornengo, Clerk Tamara Miritello, and Treasurer Wayne Hessler. Absent were Supervisor Jason Canesi and NPAHD Representative Robin Fornengo.   Bev Carlin was present from Tri-Township Disposal.

Pledge of Allegiance

PUBLIC IMPUT:   

                Motion by John Fornengo, second by Dave Fornengo, to approve the February 13th, 2024 agenda. (Carried 2-0)

                Motion by John Fornengo, second by Dave Fornengo, to approve the minutes from January 9th, 2023 meeting. (Carried 2-0)

                Treasurer’s Report and Cash Balance Statement – Ending balance as of January 31st, 2024at Northview Bank $21,167.27 for checking and savings $1,167.27 – Waiting for FEMA info for road reimbursement.

Motion by Dave Fornengo, second by John Fornengo, to approve the Treasurer’s Report. (Carried 2-0)

Clerk Tamara Miritello prepared the Claims and Payroll list for approval.

  2. Donation from Lucy Hager for Town hall use September 2023
  3. Notice to change March 2024 Regular board meeting to March 11th, 2024 @ 6pm due to Elections and Annual meeting.

    1. January 2024 money have been deposited into a Cd.
