MINUTES – NEW DOSEY TOWN BOARD REGUALAR MEETING – February 13^TH, 2024.

Meeting called to order at 6:01pm by Chair Dave Fornengo.  Present were the following: Supervisor John Fornengo, Clerk Tamara Miritello, and Treasurer Wayne Hessler. Absent were Supervisor Jason Canesi and NPAHD Representative Robin Fornengo.   Bev Carlin was present from Tri-Township Disposal.

Pledge of Allegiance

PUBLIC IMPUT:   

                Motion by John Fornengo, second by Dave Fornengo, to approve the February 13^th, 2024 agenda. (Carried 2-0)

                Motion by John Fornengo, second by Dave Fornengo, to approve the minutes from January 9^th, 2023 meeting. (Carried 2-0)

                Treasurer’s Report and Cash Balance Statement – Ending balance as of January 31^st, 2024at Northview Bank $21,167.27 for checking and savings $1,167.27 – Waiting for FEMA info for road reimbursement.

Motion by Dave Fornengo, second by John Fornengo, to approve the Treasurer’s Report. (Carried 2-0)

Clerk Tamara Miritello prepared the Claims and Payroll list for approval.

   1. Doug picked up cutting blade for the grader, we are waiting on purchase the wing blade at this time.
   1. Note, small hole in culvert on Rocky Blvd
2. New lights for the town hall

NEW BUSINESS

1. NPAHD Report – no meeting
   1. Hinckley Clinic to open in a few weeks
2. Donation from Lucy Hager for Town hall use September 2023
3. Notice to change March 2024 Regular board meeting to March 11^th, 2024 @ 6pm due to Elections and Annual meeting.
4. Tri-Township Disposal Report – Bev Carlin
   1. January 2024 money have been deposited into a Cd.
