MINUTES – NEW DOSEY TOWN BOARD REGUALAR MEETING – AUGUST 8th,2023.

Meeting called to order at 6:00pm by Chair Dave Fornengo.  Also present were the following: Supervisor Anthony Fornengo, Clerk Tamara Miritello, Treasurer Wayne Hessler and NPAHD Representative Robin Fornengo. Supervisor’s Jason Canesi was absent, and Bev Carlin joined us from the public.

OLD BUISNESS

  1. ROAD WORK
    1. All 2023 Summer Road work has been completed, besides one culvert that is waiting to hear back from contractor.
  2. Old grader has been sold and picked up
  3. Grader and plow truck are up and running for our Winter season.

NEW BUSINESS

  1. NPAHD Report
    1. MN State Representatives joined the last meeting.
    1. Barb Fischer (Chair) is going to townships to talk the board members and residents about the Hospital District.
    1. Swore in new member from Askov
    1. Award was given to Fran for 15 years of service.
    1. AED training
    1. Grant was given to ambulance crews for pagers

  2. Town hall fridge has been making noise and might need to be replaced.
