A Cartway Hearing has been scheduled for October 28 at 1pm at the Cloverton Town Hall. The purpose of the Hearing is to discuss and determine how best to provide access for Brandon Johnson, a landlocked property owner on School House Road  West.

CARTWAY HEARING         

A hearing has been scheduled for Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at 6pm, to address the cartway petition filed jointly by Donald Eddy and Jason Chelberg.  Mr. Eddy and Mr. Chelberg own adjacent parcels that are landlocked.  Under MN Statute, the township is obligated to provide access to landlocked properties.

Mr. Eddy owns Parcel # R20.0166.001 and Mr. Chelberg owns Parcel # R20.0164.001.  Both of these are located in Section 23, Twp. 043, Range 16.
