ROAD REVIEW SCHEDULED
The annual New Dosey Road Review will be held on April 30. No decision will be made during this review. Suggestions for necessary 2017 road repair and work will be listed and voted on at the regular Board meeting on May 10.

MARCH 27, 2017
Clerk Fran Levings swore in Jason Fornengo to a 3-year term as Supervisor and Mandy Fornengo to a 2-year term for Treasurer.
Meeting called to order at 7:30 pm by Chair Dave Fornengo. Also present were Supervisors Dave Baker and Jason Fornengo, Treasurer Mandy Fornengo and Clerk Fran Levings.
Motion by Dave Baker, second by Jason Fornengo, to approve the Agenda. Carried.
Motion by Dave Baker, second by Jason Fornengo, to re-elect Dave Fornengo as town chair. Carried.
Motion by Jason Fornengo, second by Dave Fornengo, to re-elect Dave Baker as vice- chair. Carried.
All members of the Board signed the Township Officers list sent from the Minnesota Association of Townships.
Clerk announced dates to remember-
- April 7- MAT Short Course- Carlton- 9 am.
- April 10- Board of Review & Equalization- 11 am.
- April 12- Regular Town Board Meeting- 7:30 pm

Meeting called to order at 7:30 pm by Chair Dave Fornengo.
Motion by Jason Fornengo, second by Dave Baker, to approve the Agenda. Carried.

Treasurer Mandy Fornengo presented the Treasurer’s Report (attached to file copy of these Minutes). FUND BALANCES ARE:

Clerk Fran Levings presented the Claims List and the Net Payroll List for approval (attached to file copy of these Minutes). Motion by Dave Baker, second by Dave Fornengo, to pay these bills. Carried.

Motion by Dave Baker, second by Jason Fornengo to change the regular meeting of the Town Board to June 13. Carried.
- Motion by Jason Fornengo, second by Dave Fornengo, to appoint Dave Fornengo, Fran Levings and Don Mishler as the Board of Canvass for the election. Carried.
- Clerk distributed copies of the township pay scale.
NO ZONING REPORT
OLD BUSINESS:
NPAHD Report- Fran Levings reported that attended a semi-private tour of the new hospital in Sandstone on Feb. 20. She was re-elected as Secretary of the District Board in February. The District Board is considering offering a medical scholarship.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Motion by Dave Fornengo, second by Jason Fornengo,
to approve the 2017 Budget draft. Carried.
- Chair Fornengo and the supervisors will make the necessary bridge repairs as required on the 2017 Bridge Report from Pine County.
- Consensus was to make no changes at this time to the Driveways Policy. If it is brought up at the Annual Meeting on March 14, the Board will explain its reasons for the policy of not charging Board members to have their roads plowed.
- The new sink has arrived and will be installed soon.
