MINUTES-BOARD OF RE-ORGANIZATON MEETING- MARCH 19, 2014 

Meeting called to order at 7:21 by Chair Dave Fornengo. Also present were Fran Levings, Jason Fornengo, and Dave Baker.  Treasurer Margaret Coveau was absent.

Clerk Fran Levings swore Jason Fornengo in as Supervisor- 3-year term.

Chair Dave Fornengo swore Fran Levings in as Clerk- 2- years.

Dave Baker nominated Dave Fornengo to serve as Chair of the Board, seconded by Jason Fornengo.  No other nominations, therefore Dave Fornengo was elected Chair for 2 years.

Dave Fornengo nominated Dave Baker to serve as Vice-chair of the Board, seconded by Jason Fornengo.  No other nominations, therefore Dave Baker was elected Vice-chair for 2 years.

All Board Officers present signed the Officers Form for the Minnesota Association of Townships.  Clerk will mail to Treasurer Margaret Coveau for her signature.

MINUTES-NEW DOSEY BOARD OF RE-ORGANIZATION MEETING-MARCH 20, 2013 

            Meeting called to order at 7:15 pm by Chair Dave Fornengo.  Also present were Supervisors Ken Coveau, Dave Baker, Treasurer Margaret Coveau and Clerk Fran Levings.

Clerk Fran Levings did the swearing in of newly elected officers:  Supervisor Ken Coveau (1-year term), Supervisor Dave Baker (3-year term) and Treasurer Margaret Coveau (2-year term).

Motion by Ken Coveau, second by Dave Baker, to elect the Dave Fornengo as Town Chair and Dave Baker as Vice-chair.  Motion carried.

All township officers signed the Officer form for the Minnesota Association of Townships.

Meeting adjourned at 7:25 pm.
