Meeting called to order at 7:30pm by Dave Fornengo. Present were Supervisor’s John Fornengo and Elected Jason Cansei, and Clerk Tamara Miritello. Absent were Wayne Hessler

Motion by John Fornengo, second by Dave Fornengo, to approve the agenda.

Jason Cansei took the Oath of Office for a 3-year term as Supervisor. 

Motion by John Fornengo, second by Jason Cansei, to elect Dave Fornengo as Chair of the Board for 1 year.

Motion by Dave Fornengo, second by Jason Cansei, to elect John Fornengo as Vice-Chair of the Board for 1 year.

Anything else for the good of the cause?
